We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our team. As a Business Development Intern, you will work closely with our business development managers and sales team to support our growth initiatives and drive our business forward. Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, market segments, competitors, and potential clients to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
  2. Lead Generation: Assist in generating leads and building a strong pipeline of potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking events, and outreach.
  3. Prospecting: Reach out to potential clients through email, phone calls, and social media to introduce our products/services and schedule meetings for the business development team.
  4. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  5. Proposal Development: Collaborate with the business development team to create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the needs of potential clients.
  6. Data Analysis: Analyze data and key performance indicators to track the effectiveness of business development strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor activities, pricing, and market share to inform our competitive positioning and strategy.
  8. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the business development team, including preparing reports, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.
  9. Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align business development efforts with overall company goals.

Qualifications:

  1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
  3. Goal-oriented with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of business development.
  4. Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to support decision-making.
  5. Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  6. A positive and proactive attitude, with the willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
  7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in tasks.
  8. Previous experience in business development, sales, or customer service is a bonus but not required.

Duration and Benefits:

This is a 6 month internship position with the potential for extension based on performance. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, develop essential business skills, and gain valuable insights into the industry. Business Development Specialist

We are looking for a resilient, empathic Business Development Specialist to contribute to the growth of our company with an acute understanding of business concepts, good logical & analytical skills, reasonable command of Internet concepts and a penchant for interacting with international clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. He/She should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.

Key roles & responsibilities:

  1. Person should have prior 2+ years working experience with an IT Service company.
  2. Should have hands-on working experience on bidding channels majorly Upwork & Clutch.
  3. Should be able to write proposals and cover letters according to the client’s requirements.
  4. Should have exposure working and generating business in International Market.
  5. Should possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Should have sound knowledge of IT terminologies.
  7. Should have the ability to analyze business challenges, identify problems and be able to propose solutions for the same.
  8. Should gather insights for the technical team, negotiate and conclude deals.
  9. Should have the ability to identify and evaluate the right projects.
