We are looking for a resilient, empathic Business Development Specialist to contribute to the growth of our company with an acute understanding of business concepts, good logical & analytical skills, reasonable command of Internet concepts and a penchant for interacting with international clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. He/She should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.Key roles & responsibilities:
- Person should have prior 1+ year working experience with an IT Service company.
- Should have hands-on working experience on bidding channels majorly Upwork & Clutch.
- Should be able to write proposals and cover letters according to the client's requirements.
- Should have exposure working and generating business in International Market.
- Should possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should have sound knowledge of IT terminologies.
- Should have the ability to analyze business challenges, identify problems and be able to propose solutions for the same.
- Should gather insights for the technical team, negotiate and conclude deals.
- Should have the ability to identify and evaluate the right projects.
