Human Resource Executive/Manager

We are seeking a talented and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team at Bizdesire, a leading IT company. As the HR Specialist, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of human resources, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition:
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
    • Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for the organization.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and offer negotiations.
  2. Onboarding and Orientation:
    • Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring they are integrated into the company culture.
    • Develop and deliver orientation programs to familiarize new employees with company policies, procedures, and expectations.
  3. Employee Relations:
    • Act as a point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and conflicts, providing timely and effective resolutions.
    • Foster positive relationships between employees and management to promote a healthy work environment.
    • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement.
  4. Performance Management:
    • Implement and manage performance appraisal processes, providing guidance to employees and managers.
    • Collaborate with department heads to identify training and development opportunities for staff members.
    • Address performance issues and support managers in creating improvement plans when necessary.
  5. Benefits Administration:
    • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to employee benefits and HR policies.
  6. Policy Development and Compliance:
    • Develop and update HR policies and procedures to align with current laws and industry best practices.
    • Stay informed about changes in employment legislation and proactively update policies as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in human resources roles, preferably within the IT industry.
  3. Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  6. Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
