Human Resource Executive/Manager
We are seeking a talented and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team at Bizdesire, a leading IT company. As the HR Specialist, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of human resources, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management.
- Talent Acquisition:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for the organization.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Onboarding and Orientation:
- Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring they are integrated into the company culture.
- Develop and deliver orientation programs to familiarize new employees with company policies, procedures, and expectations.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and conflicts, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Foster positive relationships between employees and management to promote a healthy work environment.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement.
- Performance Management:
- Implement and manage performance appraisal processes, providing guidance to employees and managers.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training and development opportunities for staff members.
- Address performance issues and support managers in creating improvement plans when necessary.
- Benefits Administration:
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to employee benefits and HR policies.
- Policy Development and Compliance:
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures to align with current laws and industry best practices.
- Stay informed about changes in employment legislation and proactively update policies as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in human resources roles, preferably within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
